Dr. Mohammad Qasim is the author of Do Not Be a Loser at Fifty and several works on governance, dignity, and human development. His writing emerges not from abstraction, but from decades of institutional leadership—founding and building educational institutions that serve both faith and reason.
As President of the American Islamic University (AMISUN), Dr. Qasim has spent his career constructing spaces where serious thought can live. Do Not Be a Loser at Fifty is an extension of this work—turning from institutions to individuals, from policy to the private struggle of waking up at fifty and wondering where the years went.
Dr. Qasim holds a PhD in Urban Policy and lives with his family in the United States.
